A very special and extremely rare version of the Jujube Liqueur. In other words, if our Jujube Liqueur is the best, then “Zen” is the best of the best. Initially it was intended to be mainly to participate in exhibitions, yet now it represents 20% of each newly manufactured batch. Being for exhibitions allows the customers to taste it and compare the “Zen” with our original Jujube Liqueur.
The customer’s feedback is that the “Zen” liqueur is distinguished by very specific fresh, exotic and peppery notes. The reviews are that if the classic Jujube liqueur is consumed slowly, then the “Zen” version is to be consumed even more slowly.

It is Extremely Rare. Our “Zen” has been born with a first batch of only 21 bottles. We upgraded with a second highly limited batch of 31 bottles and ended with third batch of only 59 bottles, all successfully sold within hours.
After the immediate success and customers high rating, we decided to produce in limited quantities the Extremely Rare “Zen” as 20% of every next liquor batch. As a result, in November 2024, we bottled only 177 bottles from our third jujube liqueur batch. All bottles were released on the market in December 2024.

HINAПSKA is a Bulgarian brand founded in 2009 with the planting of the first jujube trees near the village of Glozhene, Lovech.
