About Us
Our story, our inspiration
HINAPSKA story has begun in year 2009 with planting the first Jujube trees in the village of Glozhene, Lovech region. Our gardens are located just under the famous Glozhene Monastery “St. George the Victorious”.
In 2017, we started the development of our products with the production of our Natural Flavored Jujube Vodka. Soon after we developed and produced our internationally awarded Natural Jujube Liqueur. Very soon in 2025 the first single malt Bulgarian whiskey finished in our Jujube Liqueur barrels will be on the market. All products are created in collaboration with our expert technologist Mr. Nikolay Bakalov and Isperih Distillery.

Every bottle has its way
In the name of our brand is encrypted the Bulgarian word for jujube. This was the very first step towards creating our brand deeply connected to our land, nature and traditions. The Cyrillic letter encrypted in our brand reminds us of all the time where it all started.

WHAT IS THE JUJUBE FRUIT
Our story, our inspiration
Jujube fruit is a super fruit which contains up to 20 times more Vitamin C than citrus fruits such as lemons and oranges. For this reason, it is also known as the King of Vitamin C.
Jujube fruit is also rich in iron, which is why it is also known as the Iron Jujube. B vitamins, amino acids, micro elements and fibers are also present in jujube fruits. Consumption of jujube fruits is highly recommended to strengthen the immune system, improve health, relieve stress and anxiety.
