Appearance: Intense golden-brown hue with copper highlights.
Аroma: The flavor is quite discreet at first. It is centered around spices and cinnamon. Some citrus and oak aromas follow, as well as notes of cognac and caramel undertones that continue throughout.
Taste: Full and powerful on the palate, and the flavors are discreet and intriguing… The sweetness continues, followed by some interesting spices, such as caramel and perhaps coffee.
Customer tasting rating: The liqueur has an aromatic identity with enticing and balanced flavors and aromas. A digestif with one-of-a-kind taste qualities.
Natural Jujube liqueur developed and produced in Bulgaria from Bulgarian grown Jujube fruits. Aged in carefully selected Bulgarian oak barrels. The overall production time for one batch takes almost 2 years. We follow the trend of slowing down the production processes to achieve optimal and uncompromising quality. Only the best and most aromatic Jujube fruits are used to make our masterpiece liqueur.
Each bottle is handcrafted with uncompromising quality, as well as precision to details since the attachment of each of the three labels and the capping of the bottles. On the bottle neck label there is a unique individual bottle number from the total number of bottles being produced. Our goal is to create a unique jujube liqueur, produced entirely from our own grown fruits with maximum care from the first step to the last. All this leads to limiting the number of bottles being produced to a maximum of 1 000 bottles for a single batch.

What is HINAPSKA and how did it start?
HINAПSKA is a Bulgarian brand founded in 2009 with the planting of the first jujube trees near the village of Glozhene, Lovech. In 2017, we began developing unique products – natural jujube liqueur and vodka – combining our family’s dedication, the expertise of our technologist, and the professionalism of the Isperih Distillery.

The jujube is a superfruit, rich in vitamin C (up to 20 times more than citrus fruits), iron, B-group vitamins, amino acids, and trace elements. We choose it not only for its health benefits but also for its unique taste and aroma, which make our products so distinctive.
